A well structured course but it was great to be able to divert to different topics and take deeper dives as areas of interest came out. There was alot of information presented and it will take some time to absorb and learn by playing. I specifically liked the prompts and being provided some templates which can be further developed. setting up transcriopts and follow up form meetings etc. A great course with lot of infomration.
